Are you a FOOD TRUCK, FOOD VENDOR or ACTIVITY VENDOR interested in being part of this premier event in St. Louis and one of the largest hot air balloon events in the US? The Great Forest Park Balloon Race attracts 100,000+ attendees each year! 

** PLEASE NOTE: At this time we do not have space associated with non-food/ activity vendors (i.e. jewelry, general merchandise). Our efforts at this time are focused on providing food and activities throughout the festival but a merch/shopping area may be added in the future.

The Great Forest Park Balloon Race is all about free, family fun. We here for those who are seeking joy, connection, and
unforgettable experiences—bringing people together to slow down, celebrate, and create treasured memories.
While we support the expression and discussion of ideas and opinions and encourage members of the community to be informed and engaged citizens, we do not allow vendors, exhibitors or sponsors to activate any politically driven messaging or signage at the Great Forest Park Balloon Race. 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 20, 2025   
12:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Vendors are required to be present during all hours of operation.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive an official Agreement via email to fill out and submit with payment to Arcis Golf via our Vendor Coordinator.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS - STREET PLACEMENT

Space will range as follows: (1) ONE Mobile Food truck.  Food truck will be parked in the designated Food Truck area, on Macklind Dr or Union Dr at Emerson Central Fields.  

Pricing

$750 Flat Fee, for ONE Mobile Food Truck, for Friday, September 19 (glow) and/or Saturday September 20 (Race), 2025, is due with your vendor application by August 1, 2025 to hold a spot.
If a grill, smoker, BBQ pit, etc, separate from the Mobile Food Truck, is brought there is an additional $500 fee per added space for each grill, smoker, BBQ pit, etc.

ON-FIELD FOOD VENDORS & ON-FIELD FOOD TRUCKS

On-field food vendor space will be designated within the festival activities on Central Fields – space will by the GFPBR concessions team based on space available, access and surrounding activities. 

Pricing

Space will range as follows: 

10 x 10 booth – $1,800

Trailer space – $1,800

On-Field Food Truck – $1,800

20 x 10 booth – $2,400

Larger spaces than 20 x 10 can be requested/ will be negotiated for pricing. 

All vendors will be required to have clean tent, trailers and carts and skirted tables. Vendors will provide their own signage.  All vendor Menu’s and pricing must be submitted and approved by August 1, 2025$200.00 deposit for each space along with a single $250 dollar security deposit is due with your vendor application by August 1, 2025.

Pricing

 $300.00 for a 10 x 10 area.

This is a flat fee for Friday, September 19 (glow only) or Friday, September 19 & Saturday, September 20, 2025.
