The photo contest is open to amateur photographers of all ages who reside in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Children under 13 need parent or guardian permission to enter. This contest is void outside the United States and where prohibited. Photos must be of the 2018 Great Forest Park Balloon Race presented by PNC or Balloon Glow to qualify.
